SPIN VZW is looking for an experienced Office Manager (M, F, X) (0.5 FTE, 2,5 days per week)
SPIN VZW is a Brussels-based arts organisation that provides a tailored framework for the artistic trajectories of Anna Rispoli, Diederik Peeters, Hans Bryssinck, Kate McIntosh and Marnie Slater. Historically anchored in performing arts practice, SPIN currently locates itself in and between the disciplines of performance, visual art, arts activism, film and cross-sector projects. SPIN VZW is structurally supported by the Flemish Government and collaborates with a large network of co-producers.
SPIN offers a unique working environment, where administrative operations are closely aligned with the artists and their team. We are looking for an Office Manager (minimum 5 jaar ervaring) to join a collaborative workplace with one other part-time office manager and a web of connected artistic co-directors, with the support of external financial and administrative specialists if and when needed. Together with an office colleague, the office manager will be the administrative nerve center, communicating with everyone and keeping an overview.

… be multilingual. Fluency in Dutch is an advantage, experience working in a Dutch-speaking administrative context is required.
You will join a small, dynamic organisation in which tasks and responsibilities in the office are shared. There will be plenty of cross-over, exchange, collaboration and opportunities to learn depending on your skills and interests. Along with being able to share administrative tasks (accounting, payroll, digital archiving, internal communication), as our Office Manager, you will also bring to our team your knowledge, experience and skills in the following, specific areas:
… Non-profit organisation administration and the needs of artistic administration (copyrights, BV foreign artists...)
… Making, managing and balancing multi-year budgets, and flagging and problem-solving financial issues
… Financial and narrative aspects of subsidy applications on a Belgian level (Arts Decree, VAF…). Experience or interest in subsidy applications on an EU level also a plus

What we offer:
- Contract: 50% indefinite, schedule to be determined by yourself, flexible but in function of the artistic work. Together we make sure that 50% = 50%
- Salary: 0.5 FTE, based on bar scale performing arts according to CAO PC 304 – A
- Working hours: Flexible working hours, combination possible between a shared office and working at home
