Your personal data will be processed by S P IN vzw, for the purposes such as: member management and organizing activities, based on the contractual relationship of your registration or participation, and to keep you informed of our activities based on the legitimate interest to make this platform’s artistic development, production and reflection possible.

- when you contact S P IN by email, phone or other means;
- when you visit our website;
- via third parties, such as our newsletter software MailChimp;

Why we process your personal data

Your personal data can be processed by SPIN for the following purposes and legal grounds:
- to send newsletters and invitations. (permission of the person concerned)
- to obtain subsidy by the government (legal obligation)

For these purposes (above) we can request the following personal data to save, collect and process:
- Personal identity details: surname, name, email, address, telephone number (newsletters);
- National Insurance Number (collaborations);
- Personal characteristics: gender, date of birth, place of birth, nationality (collaborations);

We use the collected data only for the purposes for which we have obtained them.

Distribution to third parties

We may provide the information you give to us to third parties if this is necessary for the execution of the above described purposes.

For newsletters:

- Taking care of our data base;
- Providing IT infrastructure (IT network);
- The provision (and distribution) of newsletters and invitations.

With these parties (processors), we of course make the necessary arrangements to ensure the security of your personal data.
